Stephen was excellent to work with for the sale of our home. He and is entire staff, including Jessica and Janssen, did everything to make the process seamless. The entire team is very knowledgeable and great with communication. They worked diligently and helped our house sell quickly and at it's asking price. Couldn't ask for a better team to work with!

This is the third time I've retained Stephen Christie services. This episode new to me since it was a mobile home to market and sell. The beginning didn't start so well with a another agency and after frustrated feedback from my attorney trust administration, I thought "Yep, time to switch - I'm calling Stephen!" His assigned partner, Kyle Bilharz, demonstated a committment and dedication beyond outstanding - his expertise in selling mobile home more than just a realtor - I learned so much as a student from Kyle how the market landscape impacts selling a mobile home. I started with Stephen Christie realty in 1997 - never forgot the first time success - which is why 28 years later - called a third time ....then fourth, the fifth.....!

Janssen is as good as they come. He knows this area around Westlake, Thousand Oaks, and Simi Valley very well. His knowledge and expertise allowed us to list our home and sell within a couple days above our original asking price. He guided us through the entire process and made it easy. Highly recommend Janssen and his team. They truly make a stressful home sale simple and straight forward.
