We can't thank Stacey Ricci enough in finding a perfect home in such a short amount of time. We had about 3 months to find a home and Stacey found our forever home in Sandwich. She was incredibly patient with us in showing homes in many of the surrounding towns and giving us important advice on the home's values and what was worth bidding on and some not! She was professional and timely in negotiating the bidding war on many homes until we found our "forever" home at 2 Sarah Lawrence Road in Sandwich and moved in mid November. We did not realize how much support she has provided for us behind the scenes until after the closing, we could have done this without her expertise and kindness helping us through a very stressfull closing process. I would absolutley recommend Stacey Ricci as a Real Estate Agent, she goes the extra mile to take care of her clients.

Stacey was absolutely wonderful to work with on our recent sale. She was very professional and was knowledgeable about all the details that needed to be completed for the sale. She was extremely responsive to us, as well as interested potential buyers. She was very willing to help to make sure that everything was ready for the closing and worked closely with the attorney. She was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend her!

Well, when we first looked at Southport, our unit was not available. Of course, that was the one I wanted. Shortly, a call came from Stacey to tell us that now that it had become available. We quickly went to the office, talked and much to my husband's surprise, I said, " we'll take it! " It surprised Stacey also :) Seven years later we are here and enjoying our life. Stacey is a person you can feel comfortable with. I am sure you will experience the same. We liked her alot. Judith Lebel

Working with Stacey was a pleasure from start to finish. She continuously updated us on the Southport property as we went through the process of making up our minds. It was a big decision for us, moving to Mass from out of state, but Stacey made it easy and pleasant. We love our new home and appreciate all the suggestions that Stacey gave us to make it so!
