Sonia did a great job tracking down homes for me to see. I lived several hours away but she made time to meet with me on my schedule. She negotiated the buy and didn’t back down from the seller or lender. She gets the job done.

I can't say enough about how easy and fast Sonia made my sale. She was always available, kept in close touch, recommended professionals to do repairs to ready property for sale.
