Sonia was amazing. She really knows real estate and is very personable professional and energetic. Sonia helped us to think through a selling strategy, timeline and she was super supportive every step of the way. Sonia listed our house and we closed very near the list price in about 30 days. Sonia did a great job tracking down homes for me to see. I lived several hours away but she made time to meet with me on my schedule. She negotiated the buy and didn’t back down from the seller or lender. She gets the job done.

Sonia is first and foremost knowledgeable and professional. In addition, she is compassionate, persistent, communicative, and forthright. This was a family home being sold by an estate with a lot of family members involved. She somehow managed to navigate all of the emotions and opinions and make it a good selling experience.
