Margaret was amazing from beginning to end. Not only did she come ready with details at each property I viewed, but she helped navigate a particularly dicey situation when my first purchase fell through due to some pretty remarkable incompetency on the seller's side. Not only did she offer solutions, but she was much more professional than I would have ever been able to be! In the end, we found the right place for me in Atlanta and everything closed so easily. I felt confident she always had my back throughout the entire process and would encourage anyone looking for a home to work with her!

Amber did a remarkable job helping me purchase my townhome. I am a new Georgia resident, relocating to the state for a job opportunity. Having worked with one realtor for all my previous home purchases over the past 25 years, I was accustomed to a level of personal service and attention that caused me some reservations entering this market. Upon initial contact with Amber, I immediately felt her professionalism and easy going communication style. She gathered relevant details about my property preferences, and quickly began locating properties for me. She explained in detail the process and what I could expect from her, inquired with me about my expectations of her, and connected me with the amazing team of professionals with whom they channel partner (e.g., lender, title, closing). While these services are optional, and you are free to shop around, having them engaged during the entire process, made the experience even better. Amber immediately introduced and connected me with the lender, and quickly located properties for me. When we settled on a property, she put together an offer that was comprehensive and well thought out, virtually eliminating any back and forth. Her follow-up was amazing, her responsiveness unrivaled - even after normal hours. During my search, I experienced tremendous personal challenges by which Amber was not swayed. She was patiently persistent, offered encouragement, and skillfully kept me updated about the process. She offered empathy and compassion, and allowed me to be human. With Amber I never felt like a transaction or just another client. She is true to her craft and has a heart for people. She is personable, reliable, dependable, caring, and honest. She is a wealth of information and resourceful. Her reputation is impeccable and everyone I encountered, in person or by phone, “lit up” at the mention of her name. Amber is a true professional and I am honored to have had the pleasure of not only working with her, but also to have met her. My sincere gratitude to Amber and the Overbeck Team for making this dream come true.

We met Desiree while looking for homes in the Cartersville area and connected instantly. We described what expectations we had and she continued to have our backs and pushed for what we wanted throughout the closing process. She made everything easy and would highly recommend her! She also helped us sell the first home we moved from, making us evermore grateful for having her as a connection in the real estate world. Stefanie was so great to work with. From the houses she recommended, to the buying experience, Stefanie was attentive and communicative. She did great explaining the entire buying process to us which was first time buyers was very important. She was on top of everything every step of the way and made the tedious process of buying pretty straightforward. Would definitely recommend

Jamie Stacey on the Janice Overbeck team is, without a doubt, the best real estate agent to work with in Atlanta. She is knowledgeable, truly cares about your individual needs as a home buyer, and is unbelievably responsive. She makes the home buying process fun, when it can be stressful and ambiguous. With Jamie I truly felt coached with my best interests in mind, and looked forward to going on any appointment I went on with her. She also will go to bat for any client of hers, especially in the negotiation phase and dealing with frustrating parties. Throughout the process of buying my house, I had many ups and downs. At one point, there was a house I liked and wanted to put an offer in on, and felt pressured to put in an offer due to a fast timeline of the listing agent accepting offers. Jamie helped me talk through this at 9 PM one night, and asked intentional questions about why I wanted the house. Through our conversation, she helped me realize that I mainly wanted to put in the offer because of a tight timeline, not because I loved it. She talked me off the ledge of putting in a hasty offer, and we found the right house a month later! During the negotiation phase of purchasing my house, the corporation we were talking to was extremely frustrating. Jamie helped coach me through the process, and pushed back hard with tactful and effective communication every time. I could tell she truly wanted me to get the right house for me at the best deal. I would recommend Jamie for anyone’s real estate needs. She goes above and beyond for her clients, gets results, and will become your friend in the process!!
