Shaun was awesome, even our inability to decide on a home didn't deter him from making sure we were settled. After looking at several homes, which didn't meet our long checklist of needs, we decided to hold off until next summer. Shaun continued to follow up and offer alternatives for us without being pushy. He was super understanding of our needs and didn't make us feel horrible for deciding to hold off. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for their ideal home.

Shaun was hands down the best person to help us sell our home. We were moving due to a job relocation and were in a hurry! Shaun helped us identify the must-do and nice-to-do projects prior to listing and helped keep us sane in the process. He was strategic in every aspect when it came to our home (listing price, recommended updates, and negotiation). He was also approachable, genuine, and charismatic when it came to working with us personally. Shaun's ability to make you feel at ease when working with him and be strategic behind the scenes to make all parties happy is the best! He is honest, realistic, and will tell you what to expect based on strategic moves. Best part - is that he was right about EVERYTHING he did and recommended us to do. From his help we were able to sell our home for $10K more than another realtor we interviewed to help us sell. I highly recommend Shaun to anyone buying and selling - you won't be disappointed.

As a first time home buyer, Shaun was amazing to work with. He was very attentive and communicative through the entire process, answered all of our questions, and was always looking out for our best interest. He was professional but also kept things lighthearted, which really eased my nerves. I definitely recommend Shaun to anyone looking for a home, especially first time home buyers.

Shaun was great to work with. He answered all our questions...and there were MANY...while remaining cool and professional. He is very knowledgeable with the process and the competitive market. I would recommend everyone to use Shaun. After one showing another agent locked us out of our house. We called Shaun at 11 PM. He drove from Smyrna to Milton to let us in.
