Sharon made the process so easy and with no complications. The first appraiser left out alot of the amenities and based the appraisal on a house that wasn't comparable to ours, Sharon recognized it immediately and made the necessary changes to make things happen in our favor. I highly recommend her services, she makes the process very easy and comfortable. I would definitely use her again and again.
