Kathleen is an outstanding real estate agent! She and her team were the most professional realtors I have dealt with both personally and professionally. She priced my house correctly, staged it perfectly, marketed it thoroughly and sold it in a timely fashion. If you are selling a house in South Florida and don’t use Kathleen, then you are making a huge mistake! Don’t waste time using anyone other than Kathleen and her team.
