Sallie Chester is a true real estate professional. Over the years I have moved 7 times and interviewed well over 30 realtors (for both the selling and buying sides). I truly have not worked with another realtor that is as capable as Sallie is. She spent over 2 years working with me to find just the right property (lakefront property) that would suit my needs. She has extensive knowledge of the area gained over the past 15 plus years and also provided me valuable insights on the communities surrounding Lake Murray/Columbia. Just as valuable was the network of people she knows that helped me through the process. From inspectors, to mortgage lenders, to surveyors, to lawyers, she knows excellent resources that can get things done. I cannot recommend her more highly.

Sallie is AMAZING!!! She worked with us to determine our needs & wants, narrowing our search considerably! We found our house on our second outing!!! We closed within a month & are still in shock to finally be in our beautiful new home in our fabulous neighborhood! She weaved her organizational skills, tenacity and directness to make the entire process run flawlessly. Best realtor ever!!!

Sallie is absolutely amazing. We had a house that we were having trouble selling due to a horrible HOA. She trudged through the quicksand of this HOA to help us get the house sold. When the outcome seemed bleak she was always there to offer other ways to get the property sold. Thank you so much for everything you've done!

I was in Pennsylvania and buying a house in South Carolina, Sallie helped me every step of the way. She did all the major leg work for me since I was over 800 miles away without one complaint. Sallie made this process as less stressful as possible and I will forever be grateful. I'm happy to say not only was Sallie my first friend in S.C. but she will be my realtor for life!
