The process of finding and purchasing our home was unexpectedly challenging, filled with moments where we wondered if it would ever happen. We are incredibly grateful that Shannon was there to guide us through it all. Shannon's expertise was evident from the start. She skillfully crafted multiple offers for us once we found our house. Her dedication extended to advocating on our behalf with both the lender and the title company. Our goal was to close on our home as quickly as possible, especially since my husband and I were living separately in two different camp trailers, in different towns, during this time, and Shannon worked tirelessly to make that happen. Throughout the entire process, she was always available to answer our questions. Despite what I'm sure was her own desire for us to settle into our home, she remained incredibly patient and easy to work with. Thank you, Shannon, for everything!

Sadena is amazing! She has helped us find the perfect home three times, for three branches of our family. She is a wealth of knowledge and resources. She knows the area well, has insights that we would have easily missed, and has quality connections and referrals. They're always available, hard working, super knowledgeable, and have aligned with some of the strongest realtors in the county. My husband and I have bought and sold many homes in many cities, and worked with many real estate agents. Shannon stands head and shoulders above every single one. The sale of our former home and purchase of our new one was not a simple process, complete with many twists and turns, and Shannon was an absolute superhero ready to tackle each and every issue that arose in a months-long process.
