During the purchase of my current home, I struggled to get the builder to address walkthrough items. Ryan didn’t just step in, he relentlessly followed up, ensuring every warranty issue was resolved, even throughout the first year. When I wanted to buy an empty lot, he took it upon himself and tracked down an elusive owner hiding behind multiple LLCs. Ryan knows his stuff! His approach is energetic and informative. He kept us updated on changes and helped us understand complicated situations and processes.
