I have used Ruth Squires on four different occasions (Selling 3x and Buying 1x), the first time was selling my house in April 2018, I had an offer/contract within 7-hrs of the property listing going active. Each of these four times working with Ruth has been an extremely easy and positive experience. I was/am very impressed with Ruth's prompt response to any and all of my questions or concerns. Ruth's extreme knowledge and attention to detail was amazing. I have no doubt that you would be as completely happy with Ruth's services, and I HIGHLY recommend her.

Though this rating is profiling Ruth Squires I want to mention Shelli Harty with RES Luxury Group, who I feel went far and beyond to help me buy a home. From receiving my text Friday at 8:30 pm to request a sight visit to a home she was not listing the very next day. To suggesting I use a mortgage broker rather than a bank, not to mention to this day answering any question on the new home we bought with her help. Back to Ruth, she is my listing agent on a home. It's only been two weeks but there's no doubt she has plans for getting buyers to see the house.

Ruth Squires is an outstanding RE broker who understands the marketplace, offers great advice, is hardworking and is honest. I would work with her again in an instant! She marketed our condo in places we never thought of, which generated the appropriate amount of interest. She answered our questions quickly, and if she didn't know something off the top of her head, she found out and got the answers for us. She kept us apprised of the showings and gave good feedback from those who viewed our home.
