Rosa from start to finish remained consistent in answering my calls, text and any questions I could have. I had two previous agents that we're not good. I really enjoyed working with Rosa. It was our first time buying a home and there was a lot of unknowns. We met with her several months before we actually started looking at homes. She was informative and answered our questions promptly. She walked us through the whole process and spent a long time answering our questions even though it was going to be 4-5 months before we might start looking. When the time came we picked Rosa. I liked that when we went looking at homes: She was there early and had the home ready for us to tour. She would stay off to the side and let us look over the place at our pace. When we had questions about the property she had answers or she was on the phone getting them. She didn't impose her thoughts on us, but was happy to give her personal opinion when asked about a property. We encountered several Realtors in our journey and some were very pushy or aggressive. I always felt like Rosa was there to help us, no matter how long things might take. The next stage of the process after finding a home we liked was very daunting. She remained in contact with all the different parties (sellers, lenders, inspectors, escrow) and communicated the different needs as they came up. She was available throughout the whole process via text, emails and phone calls. She often demonstrated through her actions and time that she took this process seriously. Her happiness for us was genuine as she called to tell us we were homeowners. I would recommend Rosa to any homebuyer.
