In the very challenging real estate market that is Los Angeles 2025, we were very grateful to connect with Wesley and have him be our real estate agent through our first home buying process. Wesley was always professional, patient, and kind. He communicated with us promptly and clearly through each step of the process. He was always very transparent with us on all matters, looked out for our best interests during negotiations, and was very supportive. I don't know where to begin expressing my gratitude to Mike Chou and Kristine Cheng. After some unsuccessful attempts to purchase a home with a different agent, I had the tremendous fortune of being connected with Mike and Kristine. The day after meeting them, I attended a first-time home buyer seminar at their office, where I gained valuable insights. Within a week of meeting them, I was in escrow. When escrow fell through a couple of weeks later due to issues with the property, Mike and Kristine immediately pivoted.
