Rory is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. I have enthusiastically recommended him to my friends and family. He is truly a full service real estate agent who has incredible local expertise. I have worked with Rory for almost five years. He has helped me rent out and then sell my NYC co-op despite me living on the other side of the country. He has scheduled and coordinated: (i) putting in new flooring, (ii) painting and repairs, and (iii) furniture delivery and staging. All I had to do was give him direction and pay the invoice. The peace of mind that comes with knowing that each job would be expertly taken care of is unparalleled. Throughout the process Rory kept me up-to-date at each step, including by sending detailed weekly reports. Rory is also incredibly responsive, answering emails or phone calls at virtually any time (no doubt a relic from his previous career as a big law attorney). Rory set realistic expectations for me, giving advice on pricing and showing market data to back it up. In short, he made a difficult and stressful process relatively pain free.

Victoria was incredible to work with - responded quickly to our texts and got our questions answered. She was flexible and easy to work with. Extremely professional and knowledgeable about the NYC market, she helped us not only find the perfect apartment but also negotiate a better deal than we could have hoped for. I highly recommend working with Victoria! As first time home buyers in 2024, she walked us through the process every step of the way - from our very first showing request to our closing day. The search for a new home can be taxing and tumultuous, and I was always so relieved to have Victoria in my corner and only a phone call (or text) away at any time of day or night. She’s exceedingly prepared, professional, knowledgeable and responsive. In addition to her steadfast guidance, she was also a strong advocate for us and always took a stand for our best interests.
