Sharon was fantastic to work with when buying our new home! Very proactive and responsive throughout the whole process. This was the second home we have purchased with Sharon, and both times we had a great experience. Would definitely work with her in the future if we were to move again.

Working with Sharon Burkhart was a blessing for my family. Her expert real-estate knowledge combined with her professionalism led to us finding our dream home in a neighborhood with great schools. Not only did Sharon find us a home that fit our needs, but her ability also to communicate with us and consistently check-in, made us feel like family. Finding a home for us within our budget and considering the “asks” we had, was nothing short of real estate history. It is difficult to find a realtor that puts their clients first, but Sharon does. She picks up the phone, ensures our questions are addressed and follows through on her word. The closing process was simple and by the time we received the key to our new home, everything was taken care. I cannot say enough about Sharon, though she is the best at what she does and puts the client first.

Kelsey was excellent to work with. She was always super responsive and willing to look into and respond to the questions we had. She has a warm personality, low key and down to earth. Never felt pressure or dishonesty. She was quick to get paperwork going when we were ready. Would recommend and work with her again when given the chance.

Katie is knowledgeable about the region she serves, she is thorough in presenting properties matching the specifics of the search but also suggested alternatives which were on point. She is adept at managing the appointments at times convenient for both parties including week ends and her communication skills are first class. She demonstrated intimate process knowledge of the home buying process from offer through closure and easily connected with allied professionals including home inspectors and an architect who supported the transaction.
