He's discriminates against black renters. I'm black and have good credit, good income and stable work and rental history but he denied two of my rental applications for apartments in Weehawken with no explanation. He simply said the landlord decided to go in another direction. I checked Zillow afterwards and the units I applied for remained active and vacant for weeks after this exchange.After the second rejection, he recommended a crappy basement apartment in a predominantly hispanic area. Rejecting my application for housing in a predominantly white area and then suggesting I rent an inferior quality unit in a majority-minority area is textbook housing discrimination. I reported him to HUD.

Indeed Robert is one of the nicest and caring agents in NJ. The apartments he showed me were significantly above the market in terms of quality and significantly below the market in terms of price. I highly appreciate that Robert was very responsive even during weekends and after-hours. He made a routine process much faster, was a good negotiator and helped me to save a lot of time. I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

Robert was very helpful with finding me a new apartment after a fire occurred where I was previously living. He was able to find me a great apartment in a short amount of time His knowledge of the area and building are top of the line. He provided great assistance with all the questions I had about the apartment. I would definitely use Robert as my realtor again and would highly recommend him to others.

Great realtor and very friendly. Moving can be a very stressful time and he made the transition as seamless as possible. Would 100% recommend to any prospective renters/buyers seeking a realtor.
