Denise was a tireless advocate to present my house for sale in Ocean Grove in the best possible light. This included recommending and managing contractors, arranging and promoting open houses and crafting a great listing and description. This level of service helped me a lot, as I was selling it from out of state.

We are fortunate to have worked with Denise in finding our beach house. She is extremely knowledgeable about the various beach communities in Monmouth County - Bradley Beach, Neptune, Avon by the Sea, Spring Lake, Lake Como and especially Ocean Grove. She listened to what we were looking for, showed us several homes in various towns and advised us to be patient. Once we found the one for us, she guided us through the negotiations, offered various recommendations for local service professionals and kept us informed as we navigated the process through closing. Denise is genuine, no-nonsense, knowledgeable and likeable - and we highly recommend her!

Denise is an extremely thorough and well organized professional. She listened, carefully to our likes and dislikes and worked hard to find just the right place for us! She is a warm & pleasant person making us feel as though we were hanging with a friend looking for our perfect beach condo! She is also extremely helpful during the "business" end of the experience, always making sure we knew what we needed to do and making sure all at "i's" were dotted and "t's" were crossed. And oh by the way, this is the 5th time Denise has helped us to buy and sell! We would never consider using anyone else!
