Robb and his team were exemplary professionals every step of the way. Robb himself did an amazing job communicating the roles that he and his team members would play. He also explained very clearly each part of the listing process, and was willing to accomodate my request for a lower commission. From the point I had signed on with Robb and his team, everything ran like clockwork. They did a great job with the listing description and pictures, and I liked their approach to aggressively offering Open Houses. All along the way, communication was outstanding. When it came to negotiating early offers, I found Robb very transparent and comforting. He handled things wonderfully, and my final agreement was for more than asking price. Even after the Purchase and Sale was confirmed, whereas I've had other agents suddenly become less responsive, Robb and his team stayed on top of all the final details, and were very helpful in answering questions I had about the process. In sum: superb!

Thanks for getting that little transaction closed. I appreciate the attention and time you gave it, just as though it was a multimillion dollar transaction. That is why you are professionals and that is why I enjoy working with you. To anyone interviewing Robb to work with, you won't find any as responsive and enthusiastic as Robb. He knows the Boston market and he understands people.

Regarding Norma and Robb Cohen The Robb Cohen Team at Engel & Völkers Boston My Life Partner and I recently engaged Robb and Norma Cohen to assist us in our search for a new residence in Andover, MA Having Lived in the Back Bay for 10 years I had the good fortune to meet Robb through mutual connections in the Construction and Real Estate industry and new of his reputation as a Real Estate Agent who works tirelessly for his client whether they be a seller or a buyer. Subsequently, we engaged Robb and shortly thereafter we met his wonderful Wife and Counterpart, Norma. During the entire 4-month search Robb and Norma actively educated themselves on what we were searching for and quickly began making us aware of properties that matched what we were looking for. They were always available to assist us with showings of both homes that they presented to us as well as those we found in our townwide searches and they were always extremely generous with their time and we never felt rushed to view a property, which is one aspect that made a process that can quickly become arduous, enjoyable. One unique aspect we wish to point out is that it was always a pleasure to speak with or see Robb and Norma as they both were genuinely interested in how we were doing and always fun to be around. Robb, Norma, and team are the best! The most knowledgeable agents in the Boston market. They were creative and focused throughout the process and got our place sold. The vast network of resources the team has at it's disposal made the entire selling process start to finish so much easier on my wife and I. Will be use the team again in the future.

Robert did an outstanding job representing us in the sale of our Condo.
