Richard did a great job in assisting us in finding and buying a new home. He showed us several models that were readily available but we decided to go with a new build and he was there every step of the way. As with most folks i knew what i wanted and what i wanted to spend, Richard kept me within my desired limits and area there was no pushing to up the budget or hitting me with a bunch of add-ons. He’s a person in demand and he still made time to answer my calls/text and even with my constant changes he had no issues and worked with me on the pros and cons of my choices. We met regularly throughout the build process and even came in ahead on close date. He’s my first call when it’s time to buy again and should be your first call when you’re ready to buy or sell. Lastly, he’s prior military so he understood why i had certain desires and needs in my new home. Give him a shot, you will not regret it.

Richard is the best realtor I’ve ever seen in action. From the first time I contacted him to even after closing, Richard was committed and communicated. Total agreement to why he is nicknamed the Reason. Richard has the knowledge, resources, connections and skills every realtor should possess. Richard is clam while putting in the fight for his clients. When I worried I know all I had to do is let Richard handle the situation to get the results and deal done. I encourage others to give him and his team the opportunity to met or bet your requests. Richard had my home sold quicker than I expected it would and before my timeline I desired.
