Richard is the best realtor I’ve ever seen in action. From the first time I contacted him to even after closing, Richard was committed and communicated. Total agreement to why he is nicknamed the Reason. Richard has the knowledge, resources, connections and skills every realtor should possess. Richard is clam while putting in the fight for his clients. When I worried I know all I had to do is let Richard handle the situation to get the results and deal done. I encourage others to give him and his team the opportunity to met or bet your requests. Richard had my home sold quicker than I expected it would and before my timeline I desired. Again thanks to him and his team. Best in the business!!!

We appreciated everything Richard did to help us with the sale of our home. We were out of state and required some special attention, like arranging contractors and checking on home issues. Richard helped us deal with negotiations and sold our home quickly. Definitely recommend.

Highly Recommend! Current tenant since February of this year. Mr. Garrett confirmed my approval after getting 2-denials in one hour from other places. This was a blessing and confirmation. Family oriented, professional, caring and prompt services are always provided from the entire company. Nice townhomes in a great location.

Richard is the best realtor out there. He was timely and tedious with getting all of our showings scheduled and mapped out, found houses not on our list to add to the showings, and we ended up purchasing one of those homes HE picked out. With knowing it was over our desired maximum, he asked what we would need from the sale in order to move forward and he made ALL of our requests happen. There wasn’t one time during the entire buying process that he didn’t respond to a text quickly, he negotiated for us and had all of the tough conversations without us having to do anything, and made our first home buying experience so easy and stress free. I asked him at our closing to take Concord Realty national because I want him as our realtor no matter where we go. Being newlyweds, expecting our first child in 3 months, AND buying a home all at the same time would be messy and stressful for most people, but Richard went above and beyond for us. We can’t wait to watch our family grow in this home and Richard is now considered family too. THANK YOU RICHARD!!
