Rachel helped me purchase my first home a few years ago. As a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was getting myself into. She was super patient with me and allowed me to see things and get excited about certain homes and then reign me back into real life. She was right in every way possible. 5 years later almost to the dot. My husband and I were thinking about selling that home and purchasing a new home. We asked Rachel to come out and give us an idea on what to list for and the next week we were on the market! As my dad always told me “listen to Rachel, she knows what she’s doing”. I wouldn’t use another agent ever again. That weekend we not only sold our home but purchased a home! Everything worked out and with Rachel’s expertise of the market we didn’t have to move twice !!!

Was the best she's very understanding very helpful our house had some trouble and she figured it out and got us through the whole nine yards I would request her for anybody that was interested and buying or selling a house

Rachel is fantastic! We had a tall order to fill for the perfect home and Rachel was incredibly helpful every step of the way. She is very knowledgeable of the area, has a wide range of connections and relationships that have helped us even since we have moved in, and was all around wonderful to work with. I have worked with a number of agents over the years and Rachel is by far the one that stands out the most. Thank you Rachel for helping us find our new home! We love it!

Rachel was the best realtor we have ever had. She was very prompt and responsive, providing expert advice as we decided on a home when we moved back to MD. The thing that set her apart from our previous agents was her follow up phone calls and emails to ensure everything was progressing as it should be and running interference for us when needed. Highly recommend.
