Kim was fantastic! She is so knowledgeable, professional, patient, and she gets things done! This was my first home purchase, and my friends were so surprised so that I wasn't stressed - it's because I knew Kim was taking care of everything! And she did! I am so excited to have bought my new home, at a great value, and I couldn't have done it without her! Kim did an excellent job selling our condo, which had been on the market for many months before we signed with her. Nicole did a great job with our recent purchase in Carmel!
