Henry showed me numerous houses for about a year until I finally decided on one. He was very patient, and answered any questions I had. He always responded quickly to my messages or calls. Even after the closing, I have reached out to him with some questions and he provided me with the information I needed. He is a very kind man as well.

Henry represented me as the buyer on this sale and he really went the extra mile to help me as an out of state buyer. The seller was difficult to work with but Henry put in the time to make sure we got the best deal we could. He arranged for a perk test of the property and met with the tester personally onsite to make sure it was done where we needed it. Did everything he could to help us, couldn't ask for more.

Henry helped us through the whole process. We are grateful for his expertise in the Eureka Springs area. He helped us from the beginning, finding the right house, buying it and then checking periodically to see if we needed any questions answered after our purchase. After several years our situation changed so we ask Henry to be our realtor for the sale of our house. We live 3 hours away and he helped us with every aspect of the sale and preparing our house to go up for sale. All in all it was a very positive experience. Thank you Henry!!! Kevin and Debbie

Henry did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond what I expected from a real-estate agent. His attention to what I was looking for and his expertise made the entire process easy. The property I purchased was about a two hour driving distance from him. He had no problem making that trip on several occasions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying or selling property.

Henry was very helpful in a long and very complicated selling process. He was always available, whether by phone, text, or email. I selected him on the basis of online reviews, and I'm happy to continue those positive reviews.
