We had an excellent experience working with Ozzie. From the very beginning, he was knowledgeable and guided us through the entire process with confidence and patience. He was extremely available whenever we had questions—always quick to respond and never left us hanging. What we really appreciated was how involved he let us be in the setup and marketing. He gave us the flexibility to adjust photos, tweak descriptions, and really refine how our listing looked to potential buyers. He listened to our goals and made sure the marketing strategy matched them perfectly. He was also very accommodating with open house schedules, making sure we had them every weekend we wanted. He really went the extra mile to help my mom during a tough divorce having little to no resources .From selling her house for way over asking price to finding her a new home within her budget, he made the whole process so effortless. Plus, he helped us figure out financing and even found a way to rent out her new house, so she didn't have to stress about the mortgage.
