Neetu's background in Bryan/College Station is an incredible asset. She understands the ebb and flow of the local market and provides a steady hand and straightforward recommendations when it comes to pricing and ways to improve your listing. Her process expertise is only lacking in the case of relocation companies being involved. In my experience having the relocation company as an additional party with their requirements did delay listing and complicated closing.

She was so fun to work with and became like one of our family. She always came prepared and had the answers to all of our questions. Her recommendations saved us tens of thousands of dollars and we ended up with our dream house for much less than we would have paid, given Neetu’s prudent negotiation tactics. Our kids also enjoyed spending time with Neetu. Laughter always accompanies a visit with Neetu. I strongly recommend her and will certainly use her again if we had the chance.

Neetu's knowledge of the local market is phenomenal and she is quick to provide additional information and data when needed. She tirelessly showed us many homes and helped us find a lot and was with us every step of the way when we built our custom home.
