    Mindy was very personal and knowledgeable with helping sell and buy a house. Always answered her phone doesn't matter what time it was, always answered our questions regardless how unnecessary they were and always made us feel important with the decisions that need to be made. We will be using Mindy again.

    Let me just lead with the close. When you want the best buy or sell agent in this area just contact Mindy. I was an out-of-state buyer living in my condo in Hawaii. I engaged with Mindy early in the process with very specific requirements and geographic regions (I wanted Lazy Y U, Pinion Pines, Pine Lake, or on the Cerbat Golf Course and told her I could be patient for the right opportunity. In no time I was receiving curated listings as one would expect. Then, all of a sudden some time later, she says "I think I have something coming up that might be your requirements". She was right, the perfect place was coming to market. She didn't forget me, and stayed true to what I was looking for, not looking for an easy sell or compromise. There are no comps like this unique alpine get-a-away. I could have easily lost this opportunity, but because of Mindy I instead closed on this and now have morning tea with the Mule Deer and seemingly secret vistas of the Pinion Pine - Juniper Hualapai mountains under crystal clear sky with views for miles. While I'm sure there are many good agents Mindy is next level. Why? Let me give you three good reasons (and there are many more...): 1) INTEGRITY: Mindy did what she said, a said what she did. Completely honest and transparent throughout the entire process. It's part of her DNA; 2) WORK ETHIC: It can feel like it can be hard to get goo help these days. Mindy doesn't stop. She always was available, responded promptly, and went the extra 100 miles! She would personally show up for well inspections, repairs, coordinating with the previous owners, making calls on my behalf, offering local advise, etc.; and 3) LOCAL GEOGRAPHIC EXPERT: While others could maybe help focus your search on a city, or a suburb, or a zip code, or a street there is something to be said for someone so closely connected with the local community whether through charitable organizations, small businesses, or extensive personal connections. She'll get you into the "secret" places. The ones that you don't know if you don't know, the right street, the part of the street, the local community, and many times knowing the history of specific properties, neighbors, and not-so-small considerations that only a local with your best interest at heart would know and bring to the table for you as her client. When you want Sotheby's level concierge service and someone who will go the extra, extra mile for you just contact Mindy and feel confident that you are getting the best that the area has to offer. If there is something that you are looking for, she is the best!

    Mindy did excellent work in helping me find a good home for now and in the future. She has great local knowledge of the area and good contact Knowledge of who and how to get things done. I am very happy with my retirement home search and acquisition with her.

    Mindy is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I was dealing a few very challenging situations from long-distance, not familiar with the area or who to hire for repairs etc.. Mindy knew who to hire, helped facilitate my coordination with the repair people, and has her finger on the pulse of the market in the area. I could not have done this without her. I would highly recommend her to anyone! She is the best
