I worked with a great person Bryan Ales. Bryan listens and understands what you are looking for. As a first-time home buyer, I truly appreciate how Bryan took the time to explain everything and always let me know what our next step would be. We had a couple of setbacks, but Bryan was always looking and researching new homes for us to see. All in all, I truly want to thank Bryan and the Perna Group for helping me to find my forever home.

Kate did an outstanding job selling our beloved home. She knew the area and the market and advised us well, every step of the way. At the same time, she respected our opinions and collaborated with us. She was so easy to work with! We were also impressed with her marketing skills and how she presented our home - we loved her creativity and attention to every detail.
