Buying my first home was equal parts exciting and terrifying. Having Melissa's experience, patience and enthusiasm made the experience so positive! She knew the right questions to ask to hone in on the kind of house I was looking for. And as a first-time home buyer, she was kind and patient with all my questions. If I had to do it over again, I would choose Melissa as my real estate agent every time.

Melissa was fantastic every step of the way. From my frantic midnight texts to helping us navigate the loan process, she was right there to answer any and all questions or to get us answers. She was an absolute pleasure to work with!

Beware with selling rural properties Melissa sold a rural property for my wife and I. Unfortunately we did not realize until after the contract that she had no knowledge of rural properties. She undervalued the property greatly, she did not understand transfersable affixment titles for modular homes and refused to go to bat for us, costing us $3500 in unnecessary repairs. At every corner, she encouraged us to give the buyer additional closing costs. In the end, we looked to the realtor helping us purchase our new home out of the area for guidance, because it was clear that Melissa was only looking to close the sale as quickly as possible, at the expense of our bottom line. I would not recommend her, or Danberry Realty, to anyone. What a terrible experience.
