What an amazing experience!! We were relocating to the Columbia area from St. Louis, and a friend recommended Megan. From our first contact, she was responsive, extremely knowledgeable about the market, and immediately gained our confidence. We hadn’t purchased a new home in many years, and she guided us seamlessly through the process, from my first call to her on 5/16 through the 7/11 closing on the home of our dreams!! She’s given us several excellent service recommendations along the way and even encouraged us to give our selling agent a couple of tips that we think helped on that end, too. We highly recommend Megan and her team and can’t imagine working with another agent in the Columbia area!

We've used Megan and her team for both buying and selling a home in the last three years. Let's start with the buying.... we were first time home owners, on a budget, and had a lot of asks. It was 2022 and the market was MOVING. A house would go on the market and before we even got to see it, it would be sold. She helped us navigate this insane market with ease and expertise, kept us up-to-date on new listings, and got us in quickly. We finally found a home and boom, we were in a bidding war. All of the sudden stress was high and decisions were being made quickly. She never faltered and even in a seller's market, helped us make negotiations that helped us in the long run. Fast forward three years and we knew we didn't want anyone else to sell our home. She came to us, told us what we needed to do to list, and asked about a timeline. We knew that her marketing expertise was going to be needed because we are now sitting in a somewhat stagnant market, but we were on a timeline to sell the house quickly. Megan was very knowledgeable of the Columbia market. Her experience played an integral role in helping us find a home that would work for our daughter to live in while attending college at Mizzou. Her team was great and our process was very smooth. We would highly recommend her and will use her again in the future.
