    Five Stars for Gaylie and Her Team! This was my first time buying a home, and they made the whole thing feel way less intimidating. They walked me through every step, explained things clearly, and gave great advice without ever making me feel pressured. I especially appreciated Gaylie’s negotiation skills—she really knew how to advocate for me and made me feel confident during the offer process. Super knowledgeable, super supportive, and just genuinely great people. I’d absolutely recommend them to any friend looking to buy!

    FASS Results, which just helped us sell our home, is the finest real estate company my wife and I have ever used, buying and selling over 10 homes over the course of 40 years. Two stand-out features of this company are their incredibly effective marketing, and their amazing, detailed organization. Megan Fass has tremendous energy, amazing knowledge of the northern Virginia real estate market, and excellent marketing skills making her by far the best Realtor we have ever worked with. Our friends, neighbors, family members could not believe how great the staging, the professional photographs, 3-D walk-through, glossy brochure and video introduction came out. Quite simply, we were extremely impressed. The entire Megan Fass team put our home in the best possible light for sale. The results speak for themselves: we not only had an offer within three days but we also had a second competing offer that allowed us to sell our house for above asking price. Megan‘s team of professionals, including Jenny Moore, worked hard to organize everything according to an aggressive schedule, kept us informed every step of the way, and held three effective open houses. We could not be more pleased.

    Gaylie and Rachel were a pleasure to work with while selling my house . They know the local market and have researched, and are knowledgeable in, the Jefferson Manor neighborhood. Gaylie provided a clear and comprehensive view of the process and how the housing market works in general. My house had a long-term tenant that had been there for more than 20 years. After touring the house she provided three options for selling it. These options related to how much I was willing to spend to rectify deferred maintenance issues . In effect, they provided me with a cost-benefit analysis that included three options. This information allowed us to develop a targeted plan for making key renovations to allow me to get the maximum net profit for selling the property. My tenant was having difficulty finding a new place to live so Gaylie took it upon herself to help him find one! Doing this helped to insure the tenant would vacate the house in time to have the contractors begin the renovations.  As if all this was not enough, she also lined up all the contractors to do the needed repairs. This included painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and masonry repairs, among other things. She located the contractors, acted as a liaison and monitored their progress. She was amazing and took care of everything!  I cannot say enough good things about her. She went above and beyond on several occasions and was always pleasant and easy to work with.  She definitely earned her commission and made the home sale a breeze for me. Top notch - I can't recommend her highly enough.

    As first-time home-buyers, we started out with very little knowledge of the home buying process. Working with Paul at FASS Results was a great experience, and made everything seem easy from start to finish. From our very first call, Paul walked us through each step, clearly answering all our questions and explaining options so we could make the best choices for our family. His understanding of the market, his relationships with local listing agents, and his insight into offer strategies were all invaluable as we looked at many houses and made multiple offers in the competitive Northern Virginia area. Paul responded to questions, provided updates, and discovered new homes almost daily for over two months. He was frequently able to arrange private showings before open houses, and communicate directly with listing agents so we could craft tailored offers that gave us the best chance for success. Our experience was not only great with Paul, but the entire team at FASS Results. While Paul was on (a well deserved) vacation, we were well taken care of by another FASS Results realtor, Courtney, and Paul continued to monitor our progress and check-in with us. After our offer was accepted, Paul's closing team stepped in and provided us with excellent support. We were prepared for a stressful month of closing, but the FASS Results team made it seem almost too easy! At the end of it all, we are so grateful for the commitment and expertise shown by Paul and his team — it made a complex process feel simple, and we couldn't have asked for a better guide while buying our first home.
