Meagan was my agent when I bought and when I sold. I was extremely happy with both experiences. When I bought she was able to match what I was looking for with the houses she showed me. She had an excellent knowledge of the area. Also, I was a first time home buyer and she and her excellent team helped me every step. In short, she helped me find the perfect house for me. I was so happy with my experience buying that when personal experiences changed and I had so sell, I used her as my agent again. During the selling process she was amazing. At one point I had the fear the sell was going to fall through but she was relentless in negotiating and making sure it did go through. She did everything in her power to maximize the money in my pocket. I was very satisfied with the buying and selling process. She has a great team she works with, too. I strongly recommend Meagan for buying and selling.

Meagan was a great advocate for us when we were buying our home. She made sure we were getting a good deal. We bought an older home that needed some repairs and she was able to negotiate the funds to get the repairs done. I highly recommend her and she will be our go to the next time we buy a house.
