Lexi was exceptional to work with, we couldn’t be happier. We planned a very rushed move to Chicago from the east coast and came across one of her listings. She responded immediately and quickly found us great units to tour. Within days, we toured. She clearly has excellent knowledge of local trends and availability , and answered every question we had. Once we began the leasing process, Lexi answered our numerous questions and got us into an agreement with our dream unit. We really appreciated two aspects of working with her. She was very honest about different units we were interested in and fought to get us the best deal every step of the way. Working with someone who was so knowledgeable and kind made our moving experience so much better, and will go back to her for any future needs.

JC came highly recommended to me by family members who used him in the past. I worked with him without ever meeting him and was completely confident in his ability to conduct business for me. He was very easy to reach via text, and phone and was quick to email me comps and documents when necessary. Questions were answered promptly and honestly and he explained details to me without making me feel foolish for asking. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a pleasant, knowledgeable agent, who is very well versed in the Chicago area. It truly was a pleasure working with him.

Matt and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. As first-time home buyers they took the time to thoroughly explain the entire home-buying process and made us feel informed and comfortable throughout. They promptly answered our questions and were easy to work with. Matt and his team listened to what we wanted in a home and was able to match-make us to our perfect home! Highly recommend and will be using again if/when buying another home in Chicago in the future!
