I worked with the Laricy team to purchase my first home in Chicago. I cannot emphasize enough how great this team is. From start to finish, they supported me every step of the way, making the whole process smooth & simple. The team as a whole acts with a level of professionalism, industry knowledge, and honesty that would be very difficult to find anywhere else. I enjoyed working with every member of the team, and will continue to work with this team going forward. I worked closely with John-Paul through the touring process, and he is a great person & agent who I enjoyed working with very much, however the entire Laricy team is talented & knowledgable and a pleasure to do business with.

J Maggio and his team were a dream to work with. My wife and I recently moved here from out of state and were completely unfamiliar with the area. J not only had the market expertise for the area, he offered fantastic insights into local service professionals, restaurants & entertainment, school districts, and is just a joy to talk to.
