I was provided caring service and useful advice. Maryann was very informative and timely in responses to requests for information. The closing took longer than expected to get to, but Maryann helped move it along and made sure information was being exchanged between necessary parties. I would recommend to my friends and family if they’re looking to sell or buy.

If you don't know what the process is like, she is definitely the best person to get in contact with! Maryann is extremely knowledgable and patient. From the beginning to the end, she helped us through each step of the way until we found a beautiful home. We feel very lucky to have had Maryann representing us and be a part of this new chapter of our lives. Forever thankful!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Maryann as my agent in buying my first co-op! She was extremely knowledgable and guided me every step of the way, even going as far to recommend mortgage banks and homeowner's insurance to make sure I was being taken care of. The entire process was smooth and easy thanks to Maryann, sending me a list of 30+ properties to browse through just days after my first phone call with her. Within a week of starting my search I had an accepted offer! Maryann was always there to answer my calls and questions no matter the hour, she was so flexible and patient. My brother used Maryann to purchase his first co-op as well, I would highly recommend her, and will definitely be using he again in the future - she is truly fantastic!

Maryann Senia did a wonderful job selling our house during this Covid outbreak Reminded us and buyers of safety precautions needed when touring our home to keep everyone safe. Kept us informed..and sold our house fast Highly recommend her!!! Very smart and diligent.

Maryann showed my son several houses in 2010. As a first time homebuyer, Maryann took the time to work with him and explained how the process works and what is required to buy a house. Maryann found a house for my son in his price range and location he was looking for. She is extremely knowledgeable not only in the neighborhood but is experienced in technical matters. She is generous with her knowledge and time and has positive attitude. I have recommended her on several occasions to family members and friends. She is now helping my elderly aunt sell her house and again she took the time explained how the process works to her.
