We had an exceptional experience with Mark Seubert from Soleil Sotheby's International Realty while purchasing our home in Galloway Township. Mark's remarkable patience stood out as he tirelessly showed us various homes in different areas. At times we were viewing 3 to 4 houses a day, but Mark patiently scheduled those and took time to answer all our questions. Whether it is a friday night or weekend or a special ocassion, he responded promptly to any concerns or questions we had. His extensive knowledge and expertise added tremendous value to the process, and we highly appreciate his commitment. Mark was excellent. I highly recommend him. He is experienced, skillful, rapidly responsive, on-top-of-things, very pleasant, and easy to work with. He facilitated our home purchase smoothly and without headaches. Mark was very tuned into exactly what we said we were looking for in a beach home. Even in a tight market, he was able to help us quickly identify and secure the perfect property for our family. He was attentive to every detail, always available (especially so in critical moments--during which he was able to offer expert guidance and advice, without which we would have lost the property), and was able to connect us with local resources and services that sped the closing and ensured that the house was in ship-shape by the time we moved in. He was even able to connect us with local handymen, electricians, cleaners, etc., so that we would continue to improve and maintain the property subsequent to purchase. He is extremely knowledgeable, particularly in regard to the idiosyncrasies of the local market (Brigantine in our case). He was calm, patient, and professional even during stressful moments for the seller and buyers. He has a lovely, warm personality and is at the same time highly effective in expediting the business of "agent" and advocate. Thank you Mark Seubert! We love our new place <3
