Lydia was a pleasure to work with. Professional, experienced and knowledgeable. Lydia provided guidance on how to make the 43 acre tract of land more accesible which enabled prospective buyers to see the true beauty of the tract of land. She managed the selling price negotiation and closing process very well. I would definitely use Lydia again.

Lydia is not only a wonderful Realtor, but more importantly a wonderful human being. I had never met or spoken to Lydia prior to stumbling upon her after my grandmothers passing. The moment we spoke, she treated me as if we were family and that was prior to her even becoming aware of my need for a Realtor in the future. When I was finally ready to place the house on the market, I knew Lydia would be the one I'd call. I'm proud I did. She was communicative, fair, and truly wanted the best outcome for me in the end. I never felt like she was pushy or lacked the ability to put herself in my shoes. She was respectful and truly went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get my Nana's home sold to the right person. We personally watched Lydia over the years make other people's dream of either buying or selling their home a reality. We were always blown away by the time, passion and care she invested into every single client. When it came time to list our property there was no question on who we would choose to care for us. We had seen the energy she had poured into others and she definitely showed us the same dynamic service. Many times when total strangers were up looking around for a home we would immediately share Lydia's contact info. We have now experienced her grace and care firsthand and we know we chose the best. From start to finish Lydia was there making sure we had our questions answered and occasionally just telling us to breathe! We chose the best--someone who cared enough to always go the extra mile. Lydia was absolutely wonderful to work with. We were selling my mother's home in the Jasper area after she required aging care (we did not live nearby). Lydia got answers to all our questions immediately, and offered great advice on pricing, listing questions, etc. The house went under contract in 2 days. We had a really quick due diligence/closing, and she always provided information quickly. We chose Lydia because she really concentrates her work in the immediate area, and has also lived in the area many years. I would recommend her to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell with the highest confidence. She's an All-Star!
