She did not show for a house tour we were supposed to have. We had an appointment at 10:00am, arrived 10 minutes early and waited until 10:20am, sent a message and never got a response, couldn’t even get a response all day. Quite irritating when looking for a new home.

John never reached back out for a home showing. I was informed after a 1 o clock viewing that they couldn't show till 5pm. Why offer a 1 o'clock viewing to show if you can't fulfill...very unprofessional.
