Lisa is very knowledgeable about the local market and highly experienced. She understands the business side of real estate well, including negotiations and market value. Lisa also has many connections that are very professional and knowledgeable, such as home inspectors, mortgage brokers, and cleaners/staggers. In fact, when we purchased, the selling agent asked Lisa for her home inspector's contact information. Lisa was a pleasure to work with, we did some serious business and also had a lot of laughs along the way. Best realtor ever!

I worked with several real estate agents so far, and Lisa has been by far the best agent I could ever asked for. She was always so prompt with her responses either via text or email. She was compassionate, patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. She is so organized as well. My case was complicated and very demanding because it was a new construction home. She had to reach out to the seller’s agent almost daily for 6 months! Even after closing, she checked in with me to make sure our move went ok. If you are moving to Framingham, MA area, I don’t think you can find a better agent to work with. Thank you Lisa for all of your help and support. We couldn’t have done this without you! We greatly appreciate it.

Lisa Coughlin was the perfect real estate agent for the sale of my mom's home. She was detailed in her analysis to us to make well-informed decisions from listing to sale of the home. When we needed local professionals during the process (ie. lawyer for closing) , she provided us great recommendations.
