I had a very disappointing experience working with Laura Cochran. After being outbid on a property, she appeared to go out of her way to interfere with the sale process. She contacted town inspectors, resulting in excessive inspections clearly aimed at disrupting the transaction. Unfortunately, this wasn’t an isolated incident — I’ve learned she has done this multiple times, creating unnecessary obstacles and ruining opportunities for other potential home buyers as well. In my opinion, this kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and vindictive. I would strongly caution anyone against working with Laura or allowing Berkshire Hathaway representatives like her near your property.
