Kim did a great job in all phases of the selling process. Starting with a market pricing assessment, pre-sale marketing, dealing with all questions / issues in a timely manner and all the way thru closing. She made the process easy even though we had a few self-inflicted issues. She had an answer or resource to resolve any issue which came up. For example, the inspection identified a broken truss in our attic and she was able to get a certified contractor out to fix in 2 days. And most importantly, the final results were 3 qualified buyers the first day and ultimately a cash offer within 48 hours which exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend Kim and team.

Kim did an outstanding job on helping us find our dream home as well as guiding us through selling our previous home. She is very knowledgeable about the area and had done her research on the market which was very helpful.
