Kaitlin is a great realtor and we are so fortunate to have found her. We had a realtor for along time out of town that we loved then ended up with a couple bad experiences prior to finding Kaitlin that did not listen to what we had been looking for or adjust to our needs or schedule. Kaitlin is wonderful, She is very knowledgeable of the area i bought. I was able to reach out to kailtin with any question I had, and if she didn't know then she was quick to contact seller agent to find out. Kaitlin also went above and beyond by making sure I was aware and ready for the next step in the mortage loan! For example, At the begining i was just trying to see homes didnt even know who to talk to or what to do start. Well she did. She got a company to reach out to me and explain the steps I needed to move forward. If it wasn't for Kailtin I feel I would be miles behind where I am at now. I couldn't think of anyone better than Kaitlin to help! I really can't believe how easy and accommodating Kailtin and The Musgrave team was to get my first home!
