Kelly is amazing to work with. This is the second home we have sold through her. She provided excellent feedback to prepare our house for sale to get top dollar on our property. She always kept us in the loop of next steps or what to expect. She was also able to provide resources in the biz to help with the process. She and her team go above and beyond the call of duty. Kelly is very knowledgeable on all the steps on selling a home, she made it easy and painless throughout the process. Anytime we had to ask a question she would respond in a timely fashion. Kelly priced our home correctly for an easy sale. The price the house was sold for was the exact price that the bank appraised the house for. I would recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling a home.
