I immediately decided to hire her as my buyer agent. Lena well exceeded my expectation. She has very strong ecosystem network that she can be a true one-stop shop for any step during the entire home purchasing process. She is very responsive, very efficient and effective. Lena was very helpful and accommodating for us while we were in the process of making our first purchase in CA. We were buying from out of state and she was able to work around our schedule when we could fly in and to call or FaceTime otherwise, which was a huge help to us in navigating this process mostly from afar. Additionally, I liked working with her because she was never too pushy or salesy like agents can be sometimes, she gave us space to engage in our terms.
