Katie was great so work with. Didn’t matter what day of the week or time of day, she was quick to respond to my texts with any questions I had. She knows the community and had contacts for the projects we have for around the house.

Katie listed my mom's house to sell, and she was amazing to work with! From the first contact, she made me feel like I and the house were the most important things to her. She kept me updated about everything and answered my texts immediately, no matter the time. She was professional, caring and looked out for me and my interests. I cannot say enough good about Katie or recommend her highly enough. If you need a realtor, do not hesitate to call Katie. You will be happy you did!

We searched for EIGHT years. We were very upfront about what we were seeking, and after being told they understood by other agents then realizing they really didn't, a friend recommended Katie to us. The moment she said to me, "You're buying a house, not a handbag!" I believed she was going to be the right agent for us. She's compassionate, knowledgeable, understanding, and overall fantastic. Her willingness to see us through each step of the way, offering her reassurance when we got nervous was just what we needed. She didn't bat an eye that we were using our VA benefit, she pointed out issues to us in houses we wouldn't have been aware of. She helped us navigate a significantly challenging market, helped us find a home we'll be comfortable in, and we felt through the whole process she was in it with us, right there, helping as much as she could and helping us avoid pitfalls. I KNOW if we'd connected with her at the outset of our search, it never would have taken that long to find a home for us. She listened to us, and didn't waste our time sending listings that had hard stop issues for us. I really just can't say enough compliments for her or how much we appreciate her efforts on our behalf. While we plan to stay in the home we just purchased for the rest of our lives, if we ever decide to buy any other property, she'll be our first call. We've already recommended her to people and I keep a couple of her business cards with me now in case I hear someone is looking for an agent. Not only did we find a great home, we made an awesome friend!

Couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Always available when I needed to ask a question. Katie went above and beyond what was expected. Katie went out of her way to help list and sell our home and helped with finding a condo we adore.
