We contracted with Kathy to sell our mom’s condo. She and her team went above and beyond in every step of the process. We’ve never worked with a better realtor. She had the condo cleaned and staged before showing (at no additional cost) and even helped us dispose of things through her own Market Place account. Kathy and Sue kept us apprised of all that was happening, ensured we had a smooth closing. We received multiple offers, and sold mom’s condo for significantly more than list price. We would never use a different realtor for future business!
