I can fully endorse the rave reviews from previous clients. Kathy worked with my husband and me for a year in the difficult and stressful process of selling our home of 25 years. This is the second home that Kathy has helped me sell. Her genuine interest in her clients' best interests combined with her professionalism make her an outstanding real estate agent. Kathy met every challenge I faced (which were numerous considering that I live in Virginia and my home was in upstate NY) even visiting the house to take care of issues that occurred over the THREE Years that it took to sell the house.
