Kate is awesome! She helped us sell our condo and she was always on top of everything. Kate was amazing. The condo was staged expertly. She made excellent recommendations and ensured that our condo shined compared to others available in the building which resulted in our condo sale occurring in less than 30 days. She managed through last minute requirements from the trustees of the condo association with ease and urgency. The entire process with Kate was very collaborative and we felt she had our best interests in mind from the very beginning through and after closing.

We found Kate after working with an agent that wasn't quite aligned to our budget needs or location preference. Kate was a great resource, partner, ally, and support to us as we hunted in a very competitive market as we looked to purchase our first home. She has a great knowledge of Arlington where we were looking, and it really elevated the perspectives and inside knowledge she had about properties and the comps she provided. Kate was readily available and a good communicator, and we appreciated that she made time for us. She offered us some creative offer strategies and patiently talked us through all of them. Kate lets her clients lead and doesn’t offer too much of her personal opinion about properties unless asked. We appreciated that, though I think some buyers want an agent that will guide them more overtly. Kate has a good eye for design/reno, so can offer up some ideas for how a space could work for you with a little bit of adjustments, if you’re wiling to take on the challenge, which is helpful in such a competitive market where there’s such a variety of property conditions in the same price point. All in all, we’d highly recommend Kate. She was genuinely happy when we had a successful offer and was a true partner throughout the journey.

Kate was instrumental in helping us sell our home in an evolving market.
