We’ve used Kate and her team in the past. We were looking to sell our house and buy a new one. It wasn’t a question who our realtor team would be. We would use Carlton Realty Co again and again. From their advertising, commitment, support and kindness to their passion, go get em attitude, and drive. Meagan was so organized with emails and sending documents. We are thankful for her! Kate was very responsive and the calm to my storm when I needed her support. All around - the best team! We could not be happier with our home selling and buying process. Thanks yall!

Kate and her team helped me sell my Fuquay home and purchase a home in Cary in 2023, and they were so incredible that I didn’t consider trusting anyone else with the sale of my Cary home this summer. I had to make a quick move out of state for my husband’s work, so Kate and Meagan went above and beyond with communication and logistics to handle the listing and sale of my home. They were a joy to work with, and I felt very comfortable trusting them with the process. I am so grateful to work with Carlton Realty Co, taking the stress out of a typically stressful process. Kate, Meagan, and the Carlton Realty Co team were great to us! Selling our home on short notice to be able to relocate for jobs. We felt priority as an open house was held frequently until an offer was obtained, in under 2 weeks! Kate helped with negotiations to save us money and get us to the closing table as quick as possible. Kate also got us in touch with another KW relator out of state to help us with our relocation! Kate and her team were exactly what we needed in a selling agent. She helped handle everything with a smile, offered help with things we didn’t even know we needed help with, never made us feel rushed or like a bother for reaching out. She helped organize donations for me as well, and I couldn’t be more thankful! I’d definitely use Kate again in the future.
