I had the great pleasure of working with Jackee Princeau from the Jorgenson group, and I certainly recommend her and will work with her in the future if need be. I needed help renting my house after it was listed for over 2 months with no leads. As soon as I contacted the Jorgenson Group, they connected me immediately with Jackee, who was ready to work with me to update pictures for my rental as well as evaluate the current status of the listing. Her advice was super valuable, as was her entire demeanor. She was professional and to the point in all her observations. She refreshed the listing, and within 2 weeks, I had showings and soon after, an offer. It only took about 3 weeks to get the unit rented with Jackee. I cannot express enough my gratitude and positive experience I had working with her. She gave me weekly updates, revisited the listing with me, and tweaked things as needed. She was engaged and focused on getting the house rented. I had worked with realtors before, but it was hard to find someone who put excitement into my listing, as I understand there is not a lot of commission in rentals. However, Jackee treated this as a priority from the beginning, and from the customer's point of view, it made me feel at ease knowing I was working with someone who gave it time and the attention it needed.
