This review is sooo long overdue. My husband and I had the most wonderful experience with Karim and his lovely wife Angie. As soon I spoke to Karim on the phone the first time I knew he would make our dreams of becoming a homeowner come true. His wife is THE BEST when her husband was away she stepped right in and took care of business thoroughly. My husband and I wanted to move to Stratford, CT but Karim was insisting on Shelton, CT because he knew the houses and taxes would be less expensive well at least the property taxes would be less expensive and I always adamant about Shelton but as it would be my husband ended up moving to Shelton and we are so happy we listened to Karim not to mention the commission on the house in Shelton was less for him than the house in Stratford. That also showed us it’s not all about how much he was gonna make Karim was really looking out for our best interest. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE DOUICH’s for anyone looking to make their dreams come true of being a homeowner!!!!

Had a great experience working with the lovely couple! Highly recommended with immediate response time. Karim & Angie found my family and I a lovely single family home in the North End area of Bridgeport and we are more than satisfied with there service!

Karim I want to thanks you u and Angie you have done outstanding job through out the whole process your always ontime always reply to email in timely manner and always pick your phone when we have any questions you made it very easy for us I can recommend Karim to any buyer specially first home buyers am so grateful thanks you we couldn’t have done it with out you ????????

I can't express how happy I am with Karim and Angie, Karim was so wonderful to deal with, he really knows what he's doing, always responsive when I call him, text him or email him, he even responds after hours, he's definitely the agent to go to, he know everything and everyone who you may need, he made our home purchase a breeze, it does make a difference to work with a good agent so here is one Karim call him don't hesitate.
