He was assuring, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful when I was ready to make a competitive offer. I can't sing enough praises for him. We needed a trusted agent who could handle the sale of our home while away traveling abroad. The year before, our attempt to sell the home with a different agent, did not work out due to the logistics, communication, and other barriers of having to sell a home while away. Justin made the process possible, from ensuring the home was staged for the important photos to sharing updates with us despite the time zone differences. We launched our search for a new home in Sacramento as a newly retired couple from a far less competitive market on the East Coast. Our goal was to downsize to a safe neighborhood close to our grandchildren. We were enthusiastically referred to Justin Vierra through a relative he'd represented as a buyer's agent a few years ago. We are delighted with the outcome: an attractive, affordable condo in a quiet neighborhood close to our grandkids. We found Justin to be smart, strategic, and responsive to our priorities, demonstrating excellent human interaction skills among the many players in real estate transactions. His demeanor is calm and friendly but professional, and his attitude was always positive. Justin came highly recommended to us when looking for a home in Sacramento while living in Southern California. He made the process easy. There was never a question he could not answer in depth about the real estate buying process and homes in Sacramento. He was always easy to contact and was happy to spend time on the phone with me and show us around when we came to town. I felt completely safe in his hands. Also, he's just a good person... which means a lot when you are trusting someone to help you with a huge financial endeavor.

My utmost appreciation to Justin Vierra and his entire team of professionals! While in the process of relocating to another state, and a new job, Justin made the process of selling my house extremely straightforward. Through online documentation and email, I was able to sell my house for a fantastic negotiated price. I'm amazed he was able to get the house on the market within two days after departure and offers nearly immediately upon listing. The entire process was just a little over a month and wasn't stressful. Justin and his team kept me informed during the entire process and I can't think how the process could have gone any smoother.
