Deb Bonner is so far ahead of the curve. A true pro. This review is written by someone with 35 years of experience in dealing with real estate agents and Brokers. I have two that exceed every expectation. Deb is so on top of every dog gone thing going on with the transaction. She showed us a house but inspections did not go as planned. We/she found another house but we were out bid. So now the third house and quite honestly my wife really did not like it and we were just settling. So, driving up to do inspections Deb called and said the house we lost out on that we really wanted had come back on the market. So, we came back with original offer and by gosh we got it. I'm amazed she made the call because most agents would not have. So then the closing process. We had several delays primarily over repair timing but she turned the screws to our advantage. In other words, giving us the best representation possible. She just wanted us to be happy. You just can't beat that. Always on top of emails and texts. Early morning or late evening it did not matter. One thing I always found lacking with agents is lack of education. Deb has tons with an MBA. She was proud to be raised by a lawyer and it showed. Gee whiz what a gal. If you want to buy or list a house in the Richland Chambers Creek Reservoir area just call her. You will be glad you did.

Parker helped us purchase lake front property and proved to be a tremendous asset to the process. His knowledge of the area, lake specific knowledge and a willingness to share resources outside of the transaction brought additional value. Having been involved with many real estate transactions over the years, it seemed as though we were the ones making sure realtors were covering all the bases. In this case, we were having to keep up with Parker as he was always ahead of the process. Highly recommend.

We bought a house in Azure Bay with Parker as our realtor. He was very helpful with the whole process plus very knowledgeable about area & recommendations to have work done on the house. Parker always responded to texts & phone calls very quickly. Very personable to deal with. Thank you Parker

Parker was a breeze to work with. Easy to get a hold of, followed up with us on properties we saw, did his due diligence on find out about red flags that made us question other properties. Ultimately in under a few weeks of looking he helped us land a property and negotiate a fair price for and an amazing home. Highly recommend. Very friendly as well, I feel too many realtors are too serious. If you want someone who will make the process fun and exciting he is your guy!

Lacey is the best! From the beginning when we were just “thinking” about selling to the very end when the papers were signed - she was attentive, helpful, and I knew she had our back in all the negotiations. She is very quick to respond at any requests and if she knew she would be away for a short time - she always let us know. Can’t thank her enough!
